Justice Rama Murthi - High Court Judge (Rtd)

Justice Rama Murthi did his schooling and college from Chennai. He was a brilliant student and an excellent debater. He has participated in many cultural programs and has a deep interest in music. He practised on all Tribunals at Madras Court in Civil Constitutional, Taxation, Labour, Company, Service, Central Excise and Arbitration matters. He was appointed as the permanent Judge of the Madras High Court in 1994 and was then transferred to the Delhi High Court. He retired in 2001. During his tenure he has delivered many landmark judgments.

Dr. Baldev Mahajan

Dr. Baldev Mahajan is a very effective administrator. He did his schooling and college from Delhi and got selected for the reputed Central Services. He has worked under different ministries such as Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary & as an officer on special duty to the minister. He has worked in HRD Ministry as a Joint Secretary, Commissioner of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and as an advisor for Central Tibetan School Administration and as Chairman of different selection committees of Principals, Assistant Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners for KVS & Navodya Vidyalaya Samities. He has been associated with different committees under HRD and NCERT.

Mr. Surinder Kumar Khosla

Mr. Surinder Kumar Khosla is an IAS Officer who has a keen interest in the field of school education. He has been rendering his guidance and services as the Chairman of VMC of KV (Paschim Vihar). He is a renowned administrator and an educationist. He did his schooling and college from Ludhiana and was selected in Provincial Civil Services. In his 30 years of service he has held several posts in Punjab Civil Service and Indian Administrative Service (Punjab Cadre) such as the Assistant Commissioner (General), Gurdaspur Distt. (Punjab); Judicial Magistrate cum Sub Judge; Sub Division Magistrate cum Collector Acquisition; Under Secretary- UPSC; Consultant- High Powered Committee on Sugar Ministry of Food and Consumer Affairs; Additional Registrar Cooperative Society, Chandigarh; Resident Representative cum Special Secretary; Director Personnel, Delhi (Municipal Corporation).

Professor B. P. Khandelwal (Ex-Chairman, CBSE and Ex- Vice Chancellor, NUEPA)

Prof. B.P. Khandelwal has served in responsible capacities in the field of education in the UP Government. He was the Chairman of CBSE and President of the Council of School Boards of India. He has published work on Economics and over two dozen academic papers and articles on aspects of elementary, secondary and higher edu-cation, value education, vocational education, examination and evaluation. He has been on the International Advisory Editorial Board of Asia-Pacific Journal of Teacher Education and Development and the Hong Kong Institute of Education. He has been honoured with the award of `Life Time Achievement In Education' and 'Saraswati Ratnabhishek' by CBSE. He has also served as Director, National University of Education Planning and Administration. Prof. Khandelwal continues to be associated with academic studies, research and management support in school education, including teachers' education with several national and international organizations.

Mr. Rupendra Kumar

Mr. Rupendra Kumar did his schooling and college from Delhi. He had been a meritorious student all through his life and won many prizes and medals in sports & games and in debates. He got selected as an IPS Officer from the Union Territory and has worked as ACP and DCP in Delhi. He has been a reputed and renowned officer of Delhi Police and was recently promoted to the post of AIG. He has cracked and solved several difficult criminal cases and brought laurels to Delhi Police. He is respected in public for being a compassionate person and has a people friendly image.

Dr. A.K. Gadpayle

Dr. A.K. Gadpayle did his schooling from Nagpur and then pursued MBBS. He did his MD (Medicine) from Nagpur Medical College and was selected in Central Medical Services. After serving in different capacities in CMS, he was transferred to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital as Senior Physician where he also worked as a Consultant Incharge. At RML he has worked as the Head of Department of Medicine and also as the Additional Medical Superintendent. Dr. Gadpayle is also working as a Senior Professor of Medicine in PGI (Post Graduate Institute) of RML Hospital. He is the Chairman of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gole Market and has been giving his valuable guidance for the improvement of school environment since 1995.

Prof. Hukum Singh

Dr. Hukum Singh is a highly acclaimed educationist. He did his M.Sc. (Mathematics) from Gorakhpur University and D. Phil from Allahabad University. He did Ph.D. from Budapest University, C.Sc. from Hungarian Academy of Sciences and D.Sc. from Avadh University, Faizabad. He was the Professor of Mathematics, Head Division of Educational Kits and Dean (Academic) at NIE, N.C.E.R.T. At NCERT he has worked on development of Mathematics syllabus & textbooks at various stages of school education, development of Teachers' Guide in Mathematics at Higher Secondary Stage, development of handbook for designing Mathematics laboratory in schools, development of laboratory manuals in Mathematics at elementary, secondary and higher secondary stages and development of text-book on Pedagogy of Mathematics for two year B.Ed. course. He has also played a significant role in establishment of Math laboratories at NCERT and in various schools and colleges in the country.

Prof. B.K. Sharma

Prof. B.K. Sharma has been a renowned professor at NCERT and was associated with innovation and experimentation of Physics. He has also been associated with writing of NCERT books of Physics for classes XI and XII, both theory and practical. He has contributed significantly in curriculum development programme of NCERT for Physics. He has done his MSc. (Physics) from Kurukshetra University and worked there as an Associate professor for a long time. Presently after getting retired from NCERT, he is working as a Director with a leading Engineering College in Greater Noida.

Mrs. Gargi Mukherjee

Mrs. Gargi Mukerjee did her schooling from Loreto Convent and MA in English from IP University, Delhi. She joined the Indian Central Services in 1974 and served in various capacities in the Ministry of Telecom, Coal, Law & Justice and Home Affairs. She has worked in the Railway Ministry and also in the Railway Board. She retired as the Joint Secretary from the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2007. All through her services, she has been an able administrator.

Mr. S. Rajappa, Advocate-On-Record, Supreme Court

Mr. S. Rajappa did his schooling from Mysore and B.Sc & LLB from Mysore University. He started his legal practice in Tamil Nadu in 1985 and later on shifted to Delhi. He has a wide range of experience in various branches of law and has specialization in the field of Human Rights Laws, Tax Laws, Laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights, Insurance Laws, Election laws, Revenue Laws, Service Laws and Corporate Laws. He is an empanelled lawyer in the Ministry of Law & Justice and advocates for the Union of India in the Supreme Court. He is also a legal advisor and an independent nominated senior standing counsel for Autonomous Educational Institutes like KVS, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, NIOS, GGSIPU and National Bal Bhavan. He is also the special counsel for NCERT, Lalit Kala Academy, Sahitya Academy, public sector undertakings and corporations like LIC, National Handlooms Development Corporation, Andrew Yule & Co., Indian Red Cross Society etc.
