  • Q.1 How old is this school?

  • Ans :- This school is five years old. The first batch of students started in the year 2006-07. Fifth academic year is on.
  • Q.2 How good is our faculty?

  • Ans :- Our school proudly claims to have a highly trained faculty. We are constantly initiating new training programs wherein our teachers get a chance to continuously evolve, keeping in mind the ever changing needs of today’s children.
  • Q.3 Is our Director Ms.Deepa Kumar—“ A visionary par excellence”?

  • Ans :- Yes, without any doubt!! She herself is a learner to the core. A lady minus any ego, Deepa Kumar believes in leading from the front and leading by setting examples through her own acts. She has always been initiating path breaking methods for the sake of the wonderful institution of education and which are now steadily becoming bench marks for many institutions. Her Motto in life--- Create Happy Humans, Happy Faces and Spread Harmony in this world through our Righteous Acts.
  • Q .4 How is Deepa Kumar different from Directors of other Schools?

  • Ans :- Deepa Kumar is a Leader, a go-getter, a learner and a friend to everyone. Her flamboyant persona coupled with the wisdom that she carries with her all the time, makes her one of the most sought after educationists of the current times. In spite of her momentous achievements in a short span of time she still continues to be a patient listener and a humble human being. More Action---Less Talking, is what Deepa Kumar believes in.
  • Q.5 How different is our curriculum from other schools at Dwarka?

  • Ans :- In Pre-school(nursery) and Pre-primary(K.G.), we are following a curriculum whose main feature is a three decade old English programme running successfully in U.K. As a result of this, the reading and writing readiness of children is exceptionally high. In Classes I –V we follow a curriculum based on experiential learning developed by international experts. It not only caters to national boards,i.e. C.B.S.E. ,I.C.S.E. and State boards but also international boards such as I.G.C.S.E. and California Curriculum. In Classes VI-X we cater to the C.B.S.E. curriculum based on CCE
  • Q.6 What about our co-curricular activities?

  • Ans :- Apart from Academics we have a plethora of co-curricular activities which are age appropriate to the learning needs of a child. We have coaches and trainers for Taek-wondo,skating , western dance , bharatnatyam, theatre, music and art. The above mentioned activities are well integrated in the curriculum.
  • Q.7 What special priviledge do we give to a Maxfort child?

  • Ans :- The Right to be the child! The wondrous period and the most crucial one too—even before one realizes, childhood gets over with a twinkle of an eye. Love is the key to success and happiness. Whatever we may want to achieve, we can only get it through love. We at Maxfort Dwarka, base all our activities on the most wonderful and important aspect of human life—LOVE.
  • Q.8 A Common Notion, that Maxfort School, Dwarka, has risen phenomenally in comparison to other schools in a very short span. How correct is this?

  • Ans :- We earnestly perform our duties while the world watches. We certainly do not believe in numbers, but the interest that the parent community is taking in us, coupled with the strength of our students and the respect that our highly efficient and well trained facilitators command outside, Maxfort Dwarka is destined to become one of the best institutions of our country.
  • Q.9 Do we have a trained, experienced and highly qualified IN-HOUSE counsellor?

  • Ans :- We have a very strong Guidance and Counseling Cell mentored by Dr.V.S.Ravindran, DG, ICTRC. The cell is spearheaded by a trained and experienced counsellor with a team of special educators. Regular parents and facilitators workshops are carried out along with life skills training from classes IV onwards. Professional help is given to students on the choice of careers and psychometric tests are also being conducted in the school.
  • Q10. How good are we in IT? Are we adopting new means of teaching through technology?

  • Ans :- Maxfort Dwarka has always been a pioneer in adopting new technology, while still keeping human values in mind. We are using the best technology available. Our facilitators are absolutely tech savvy and we have lately initiated a path breaking learning program with the help of the latest technology. The same would again become another bench mark in the field of education soon. Power boards incorporation in the school ensures that we became the school of the next league.
  • Q11. Our school is coming up with some very revolutionary idea….is this similar to some other on-going practices?

  • Ans :- We believe in setting our own standards and breaking our own records. Nowadays the environment is full of spoon fed programs which seldom give children/teachers a chance to actually evolve. Thus innovative teaching practices form the basis of our education system.
  • Q.12. The Power Boards that we are starting is something very unique and no other school in India has ever done that kind of thing before. Is this correct?

  • Ans :- We have power boards in classes I-V. A lot of audio-visual aids are provided in the class room apart from power point presentations by the facilitators.
  • Q.13 How much emphasis do we give to Sports? Are we really good in Sports?

  • Ans :- Physical strength should be at par with intellectual strength. To lead a fulfilling life we must always remember this uncontestable fact. Apart from this undeniable truth sports in India is now emerging as a highly lucrative career option. Our students’ performance in the field of basketball, throw ball (just to name a few) and other sports is a proof to the earnest effort that we are continually taking to encourage our lovely students. The deserving must excel and we at Maxfort Dwarka will go to any lengths to create winners in the field of sports.
  • Q.14.Parents say that we put lot of emphasis on individual child centric learning. Is this correct?

  • Ans :- Yes, absolutely! The institution is “for the children.” We act and they emulate us. We are creating our own future which lies in the faces of these lovely innocent little ones. Human life is about Sow and Reap. We get what we give. The child under no circumstances should ever feel unhappy, pressurized or stressed.
  • Q.15. Parents say that your teachers do wonders on the students. Is this correct?

  • Ans :- Well!! Parents are our partners in Maxfort. Together Parents and Facilitators bring a revolutionary change in a child’s life.
